Effective 28 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-28
1. Your agreement with us
These terms govern your use of Geosento, provided by DATABASE SOLUTIONS S.R.L., IDNO 1025600064774, at 59 Ștefan cel Mare, Seliștea Nouă, Călărași district, MD-4401, Republic of Moldova. Contact: support@geosento.com. By selecting Start scan or choosing a paid plan after being shown these terms, you agree to them. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to bind it. The service is intended for adults aged 18 or over.
The Privacy policy explains data processing; it is not a request for marketing consent. Paddle’s buyer terms separately govern purchases made through Paddle. Mandatory consumer rights always remain available.
2. Scope and limitations of reports
Geosento collects accessible public pages within the selected limits. A score reflects checks on that sample at that time. Blocked pages, technical failures, incomplete rendering and uncertain checks can limit a report. AI observations may be incorrect and require human review. We do not guarantee crawling of every page, indexing, search rankings, traffic, citations, commercial results or verification of every statement on a website. Review the evidence and methodology before relying on a recommendation.
3. Accounts and guest access
You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account and for activity you authorise. Guest reports depend on the original browser session; clearing cookies can remove access. Signing in may link reports from that session to your account. Keep independent exports of reports you need to retain. Reports normally expire after 90 days unless a different retention period is shown in the service.
4. Responsible use and website rights
Scan only websites you own or are authorised to assess. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and the necessary rights for the content you ask us to process, including any personal data. Public availability alone does not remove privacy or copyright obligations.
Do not submit secrets, private or authenticated pages, special-category personal data or content that you are not entitled to process. Do not bypass access restrictions, overload websites, use the service for unlawful surveillance, attempt unauthorised access, circumvent quotas or interfere with the platform. If your organisation requires a data processing agreement, contact us and agree the required terms before submitting that data.
5. Plans, usage and service delivery
The features, price, billing interval and allowances are displayed on Pricing and confirmed at checkout. Access is supplied online after payment and subscription confirmation. No physical delivery is involved. Enterprise arrangements require a separate written agreement.
An accepted queued scan, including a rescan or partial report, consumes its allowance. A request that cannot be queued does not consume an allowance. Distinct hostnames count as separate websites. Monthly allowances reset on the first day of the calendar month in UTC, also for annual subscriptions; unused allowances do not roll over. Daily capacity and security limits also apply. Deleting a report does not restore usage.
6. Recurring payments and cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew at the interval and total confirmed at checkout unless cancelled. Applicable taxes and the final payable amount are shown before purchase. Paddle is the merchant of record for Paddle transactions and issues payment documentation. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Cancel future renewals through the Paddle customer portal linked from Billing, your receipt or Paddle support. Scheduled cancellation normally preserves access until its effective date. Cancelling renewal is separate from requesting a refund. See Cancellation and refunds. Changes to paid pricing or material subscription conditions will be communicated before they apply, with any consent or cancellation rights required by law.
7. Content and intellectual property
You retain your rights in submitted content. You allow us to retrieve, process and store the selected content as needed to deliver your requested scan and report. We do not acquire ownership of third-party website content. You may use and export your reports, subject to rights in their source material. The Geosento software, branding and original methodology remain the property of their respective owners. Reports are not a licence to republish third-party content.
8. Availability, suspension and deletion
Maintenance, third-party restrictions or failures may affect availability. We may restrict activity necessary to address security incidents, fraud or material misuse, and provide notice and an opportunity to resolve issues where appropriate. Any mandatory remedies for an unavailable or defective paid service remain intact. You can delete reports and request account deletion; an active subscription or pending checkout must first be resolved to avoid unintended renewals. Contact us for help with deletion or a disputed restriction.
9. Responsibility and mandatory protections
Use reasonable care when implementing report recommendations, and verify changes on your website. Neither these terms nor a report excludes liability, warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer remedies, fraud or intentional misconduct. We do not require you to waive statutory withdrawal or refund rights by using the scanner.
10. Applicable law and complaints
These service terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. This does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or the right to use competent courts or authorities available in their country of residence. Contact support@geosento.com to raise a complaint. Paddle transaction disputes are also subject to the Paddle buyer terms and applicable law. No mandatory arbitration or exclusive foreign consumer forum is imposed here.
11. Updates to these terms
The version and effective date appear on this page. Updates apply prospectively. Material changes affecting existing paid subscriptions will be notified through an appropriate account or email communication before taking effect, where required. Contact us to request an earlier version relevant to your subscription.
