A few things to know
What counts as a scan?
An accepted scan uses one scan from your allowance, including rescans and partial reports. A request that cannot be queued is refunded automatically. Deleting a report does not restore its allowance.
When do allowances reset?
Scan and website allowances reset on the first day of each calendar month in UTC. Annual billing includes the same monthly allowance; unused scans do not roll over. Daily processing limits also apply.
What counts as a website?
We count distinct hostnames scanned during the calendar month. Subdomains count separately. Rescanning the same hostname uses another scan, without consuming another website slot.
Can I cancel?
Manage renewal, payment details and invoices from Billing. A scheduled cancellation preserves access until its effective date. Your existing reports remain subject to their normal retention period.
Does a high score guarantee AI citations?
No. The score describes verified technical checks in the scanned sample. AI editorial observations are separate and do not change the technical score.
